The campaign also emphasizes that stewardship involves more than just financial giving and includes using time\, talent\, and expertise to support the church community. \n\n\nPrepare to Dream Big\n\n\n\n\n\nHow do you envision FCC in the future?\n\n\nWhat’s a DREAM you’ve had for our Congregation?\nHow can we begin to put our DREAMS into action?\n\nJoin with your FCC family for an afternoon of fellowship and learning about how we can make our DREAMS a reality through generosity! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n2026 Stewardship Campaign\n\n\n\n\nThis year\, the FCC Church Council\, under the recommendation of the Ministry of Finance\, has selected the theme of “Dream God’s Dream” for our 2026 Stewardship initiative. DESCRIPTION:Journey of Hope United Methodist Church \nTravel along with FCC music director and organist\, Dr. Jeff Neufeld\, as he and guests perform on the many pipe organs of Elgin’s churches\, from the massive four-manual Austin/Rodgers organ at First United Methodist\, to the small but mighty one-manual Casavant at Christ the Lord Lutheran. \nBeginning in September 2025 and continuing through next May\, the tour will begin in downtown Elgin\, make its way out to the west side\, and then loop back into downtown with a finale concert at First Congregational. DESCRIPTION:St. Mary’s Catholic Church—February TBA \nTravel along with FCC music director and organist\, Dr. Jeff Neufeld\, as he and guests perform on the many pipe organs of Elgin’s churches\, from the massive four-manual Austin/Rodgers organ at First United Methodist\, to the small but mighty one-manual Casavant at Christ the Lord Lutheran. \nBeginning in September 2025 and continuing through next May\, the tour will begin in downtown Elgin\, make its way out to the west side\, and then loop back into downtown with a finale concert at First Congregational.
