This concert features CMOTF favorites Isabella Lippi\, Scott Metlicka\, Bruno Vaz da Silva\, and Sara Sitzer in an intimate quartet; audiences will hear Mozart’s exquisite Flute Quartet in D Major and Beethoven’s lovely String Trio No. 3 in G Major\, as well as the music of Heitor Villa-Lobos with The Jet Whistle. The program culminates with To Bright Cecilia by Elgin’s own Daniel Brewbaker. Originally scored for a capella chorus\, this will be a new imagining of this piece\, performed by flute and string trio.
