Summer Bible Study - Gospel of Mark

Mark was the first of our Gospels in the New Testament to be written, and has a unique style and tone. While it often isn’t named as people’s favorite, most scholars think it holds special historical significance when looking at Jesus’ life and ministry.

Join Pastor Jesse for an 8-week online study of the Gospel of Mark! We will explore the portrait of Jesus that the Gospel of Mark paints and discover how the Jesus of history connects with the Christ of faith today. We will also focus especially on themes of Christian identity and discipleship that are prominent in Mark, as well as our own spirituality.
