BLUE CHRISTMAS-December 19
It sometimes seems that for many, Christmas is something of a spirit of joy and happiness, with parties, presents and joy
everywhere they turn. For others, Christmas is a time that is filled with stark reminders of who is not with us, what we are not getting, the sadness and gloom that is starkly apparent to
us. As unrealistic as these impressions are, Christmas can be a time of gloom and depression. Pat Lindquist and Michael
Montgomery will hold a “Blue Christmas Service” in the Chapel at 7 p.m. on December 19 to reflect on our griefs and make this a time of healing.
December 24th - Christmas Eve Services
Christmas Eve! 4:30 p.m. Family service, 10:30 p.m. Candlelight and Communion. Rev. Montgomery will preach on the “Blessed Simplicity” of Christ’s birth, based on Luke 2:1-14.
